PM Deuba reaches Birendranagar to address gathering of left-democratic alliance

Karnali, Oct 23: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba today reached Birendranagar, Surkhet, to attend a joint training session and a gathering of the left-democratic coalition. The PM is scheduled to address the gathering at Birendranagar, Surkhet, in Karnali Province.     

On the occasion, he was joined by top leaders of the alliance including former PM and Chair of the CPN (Maoist Centre) Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' and former PM and Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Nepal. Prior to this, he addressed a joint gathering of the alliance at Dhangadhi, the capital of Sudurpaschim Province, said Daman Shahi, spokesperson for the NC province committee.     

Election candidates from all 10 districts of Karnali Province, and representatives from each political party of the alliance have attended the gathering in Birendranagar, he said. (RSS)
