Dhalkebar, Aug 24 : Bright Zone English Boarding School in Ward No. 8 of Mithila Municipality in the Dhanusha district has been found to be operating without completing necessary legal procedures.

The school has come into operation since July 28, 2022, with classes up to grade six. More than 30 students have got admitted to the school in the past month.

“We started receiving complaints from locals regarding the school and its legitimacy. When we inspected the school, we found it didn’t have the necessary permission,” said Sita Kafle, chief at the Education Division of Mithila Municipality.

The municipality ordered the school officials to fulfill necessary procedures and present them before the municipality within a week. If not provided, the school was warned to be shut down.

However, two weeks have passed since the warning and no legal procedure has been initiated by the school. “We have not received any document. We will discuss with the school officials and will initiate the necessary legal process,” said Kafle.

Students’ guardians are meanwhile saddened and are fearing for the future of their children. They have stated local Jaykumar Purbe to be the owner of the school. However, Pure has been denying his connection with the school.
