Rain with thunderstorm predicted for today
Kathmandu, Aug 11 : Some parts of the country are likely to receive rain with thunderstorms today.
According to the Department of
Hydrology and Meteorology, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning
is predicted in some mountainous areas and limited places in the remaining belts due
to partial to general changes in weather systems.
There is the possibility of heavy
rainfall in one-two areas of Bagmati and Karnali province. Presently, the low-pressure line of the monsoon is moving south from the average line.
