Newly nominated executive board of Inner Wheel District 350 felicitated

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 26: Inner Wheel Club of Kirtipur Central, Club No – 6830 felicitated the newly nominated board members of the Inner Wheel District - 350.

Speaking on the occasion, Ranjana Maharjan, the President of the Inner Wheel Club of Kirtipur Central, expressed her best wishes for the success of the new team.

The Inner Wheel District 350 was established in 2014/2015 and by this time it has 34 clubs under it.

International Inner Wheel is the administrative body that acts as the umbrella for the organisation worldwide.

With more than 190 thousand members in about 4000 clubs, it is one of the largest women's organisation in the world and is active in more than 104 countries.

The objectives of the Inner Wheel include promoting true friendship, encouraging the ideas of personal services and fostering international understanding.

This year, a new Executive Board of District - 350 was installed amidst a ceremony held on June 25 for 2022/23. Seema Jha has been nominated as the Chairperson and Tuna Thapa as Secretary of the Inner Wheel District 350 for 2022/23.

Every club and district has a one-year term from July 1 to June 31st.

"Work Wonder" is the theme given by the International President of Inner Wheel for this year and all districts and clubs around the world under the Inner Wheel should hold programmes keeping the theme in focus.
