By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 10: Commanding General of the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Charles A. Flynn paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Friday.
According to the US Embassy in Kathmandu, during the courtesy call, various issues including humanitarian assistance and disaster management were discussed.
Commanding General Flynn commended Nepal's strong efforts in the UN Peacekeeping missions, according to the US Embassy.
General Flynn had arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday for a four-day official visit.
