Provision to lease land up to 50 years for running an industry

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 29: The government has introduced a provision for leasing land for up to 50 years for setting up an industry.
Finance Minister Jarnadan Sharma unveiled the government provision while presenting the annual budget for fiscal year (FY) 2022/023 at the joint meeting of the federal parliament today.
Meanwhile, presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2022/023 on Sunday, he said that the Himalayan district would be developed as a center of apple production.
