Election materials reach all districts

Kathmandu, April 25: The Election Commission has stated that the work of sending election materials has been completed in all 77 districts.

This was stated by the spokesperson of the commission Shaligram Sharma Poudel at a regular press conference on Monday.

"The Election Commission has completed the distribution of election materials in all 77 districts. Preparations have been made to transport the ballot papers from April 29 (Tuesday),” said spokesperson Poudel.

The commission has so far printed 15,483,000 (about 80 per cent) ballot papers for 63 districts for the local level election to be held on May 13.
