In the vote counting for the member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Constituency-3, Banke, Kismat Kshapati from CPN (UML) received 1,248 votes and Kishwor Singh Rathore of Nepali Congress (NC) received 400 votes.

By Tilachan Pandey, Gulmi, Nov. 21: There will be a re-voting on Tuesday at the polling centres in Gulmi where the voting for the members of the House of Representatives (HoR) and Provincial Assembly (PA) election was postponed on November 20.Basanta Raj Poudel, Chief Returning Officer of Gulmi said that voting will retake place in Bhagwati Secondary School ‘Ka’, and ‘Kha’ at Kaligandaki Rural Municipality-1, and ward-2, of Arbeni on November 22. The voting was stopped after 55 votes were cast in the ballot boxes for directly selecting candidates of the Provincial Assembly instead of ballot boxes for directly selecting candidates of the House of Representatives. A total of 664 voters voted for a total of 1,369 candidates in polling centres. Ram Bahadur Kunwar, Assistant Chief Returning Officer said that ballot boxes from all other polling stations are brought to Tamghas besides two polling centres at Kaligandaki Rural Municipality. There are a total of 223,695 votes and 279 polling centres in the district.
Panchthar, Nov 21: Panchthar district has recorded 54 percent voting turnout in the election to the House of Representatives and Province Assembly held on Sunday. The District Election Office said with the collection of ballot boxes from across the district, the vote count is to begin from noon. Before initiating the vote count, an all-party meeting has been called for 11:00 am. The Office further said the count begins immediately after the all-party meeting.
