The Karnali Highway has been obstructed due to incessant rain. Information officer at the Road Division Office, Jumla, Bir Bahadur JT, said that the highway has been completely blocked since Wednesday morning due to landslides at Smode and Hulma in Kalikot district due to incessant rainfall along the Jumla road section last night.
