Kathmandu, Feb.16: An earthquake of 3.8 Richter scale was felt in Manang district and vicinity at 8: 22 AM this morning.
The tremor has been felt in the Bhakara, Manang, and its vicinity, according to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre. The details of the earthquake-incurred damages are awaited.
