Weather to remain partly cloudy in Koshi, Gandaki, Bagmati and Lumbini provinces

Kathmandu, Dec 6: The weather will remain partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces and mainly fair in rest of the country today. Some hilly and tarai areas, and the valleys in Gandaki and Lumbini provinces have witnessed a fog, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.    

According to the Division, the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki, Bagmati and Lumbini provinces will remain partly cloudy this afternoon and one or two places of hilly areas in Koshi Province will receive light rain.    

The weather will continue to remain the same tonight.    
On Saturday morning, the tarai and some parts of the Kathmandu Valley are likely to witness fog, which could partially impact daily life and road as well as air transportation, adds the Division.   

 
Meanwhile, the forecasts for expedition says that the weather in western part will be mainly fair, partly cloudy with chances of light snowfall at one or two places in central region and partly cloudy with chances of light rain at one or two places in the Koshi Province in the next 24 hours.  (RSS)
