CPN (Maoist Center)'s Timalsina elected vice-chair of Sarkegand Rural Municipality
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 2: CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Devaki Timalsina has been elected vice-chairperson of Sarkegand Rural Municipality in Humla district with 1,637 votes defeating her closest rival Sabita Budha of Nepali Congress who secured 1,594 votes.
