NC's Maharjan elected ward chair of Kirtipur-1

Kathmandu, Dec. 2: Ikshya Kumar Maharjan of Nepali Congress (NC) has been elected the ward chair of Kirtipur Municipality-1 in the by-election held on December 1 defeating his nearest rival Harsh Maharjan of CPN (UML).
