UML's Bhandari wins vice chair of Swamikartik Khapar Rural Municipality
By Sher Bahadur Sarki, Bajura, Dec.2: Sulochana Kumari Bhandari Budha of CPN (UML) has been elected Vice Chairperson of Swamikartik Khapar Rural Municipality in Bajura, securing 1,740 votes.
According to the District Election Office, Bajura, her nearest rival, Pultisara Shahi of Nepali Congress got 1,474 votes while CPN (Socialist Unified) candidate Jawa Shahi received 553 votes.
In the election for Swamikartik Khapar Rural Municipality vice Chairpersons, 3 thousand 903 votes were cast out of a total of 7 thousand 460 voters.
