70 per cent votes cast in Rukum's Sanibheri

By Raju Lamichhane, Rukum Pashchim, Dec 1: More than 70 per cent of votes have been cast in the by-election to elect Ward chair of Sanibheri Rural Municipality - 5 in Rukum Pashchim so far.
Voting is underway in the polling station at Nepal Rashtriya Secondary School Ghapagar from 7:25 AM today morning.
According to Assistant Returning Officer Govinda Prasad Koirala, 70.79% of votes have been cast as of 2 PM this afternoon.
Out of 1,434 voters, 1,015 votes have been cast by the afternoon.
