One dead, five injured in Kapilvastu jeep accident

By Janu Pandey, Kapilvastu,Oct.24: A septuagenarian died when a Scorpio hit an auto in Kapilvastu at 9: 15 AM on Thursday. 

According to the Police Inspector of the Area Police Office, Gurusinge, Bir Bahadur Sunar, one died and five people were injured when a Scorpio (BA PRA -01-029 Cha 9150)  hit auto (Lu 1 Ha 3092) in front of a bank at Buddhabhumi Municipality-2, Gorusinge, Kapilvastu, on 9:15 AM on Thursday. 

The deceased was on to way to receive an old age allowance from Laxmi Sunrise Bank.

The deceased has been identified as 70 year old  Saraswoti Pasi of Janakpur-10, Buddhabhumi Municipality, Kapilvastu.

The injured were Bidyawati Pasi, Bhanmati Pasi, Jawahir Ahir, auto driver Lok Bahadur Kunwar, and one other name is yet to be identified.  Two of the five injured are seriously injured and are referred to Butwal for further treatment.
