Behuli from Meghauli released

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Oct. 4: The film ‘Behuli from Meghauli’ was released across the country on Thursday, marking the special occasion of Ghatasthapana.  Even though there has been a tradition in Nepal to release new films only on Fridays, ‘Behuli from Meghauli’ was released on Thursday. 

The film, starring Nischal Basnet and Swastima Khadka in lead roles, has been produced by the two. In addition to Nischal and Swastima, the film features actors like Basundhara Bhusal, Vijay Baral, Simran Khadka, Lokendra Lekhak, Rakshya Thapa, Siru Bista, Aamir Gautam, Shishir Siwakoti, Tika Pahari, Prabhakar Sharma, Loonibha Tuladhar, Mukunda Mainali and Rambabu Regmi.

Produced under the banners of Black Horse Pictures and Meghauli Films, the film marks the directorial debut of Sajan Kafle and Aakash Baral, who have also written the film. The cinematography of the film is done by Narendra Mainali, the choreography by Pradeep Lama and editing by Nimesh Shrestha.

Starting on Thursday, the film is also being screened in various cities across the United States.
