Nembang's 1st memorial day being observed today

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept.11: The first memorial meeting to commemorate the former speaker and chairman of the Constituent Assembly Subas Chandra Nembang,  on his first death anniversary is being held today.

Nembang, the vice-chair of the CPN-UML, also a member of the House of Representatives, died of a heart attack at the age of 71 on September 12, 2023. 

The CPN (UML) has organized a program in his memory at a party office in Chyasal.

UML said that they would commemorate Nembang by laying wreaths and bouquets on his picture and remembering his contribution to politics and the party.
