Corruption case filed against teacher

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept.29: The corruption case has been filed against Mahesh Shah in the Special Court for working as a relief teacher in the Shree Dasharath Secondary School, Kailali, by submitting fake educational documents. 

The case has been filed in a Special Court against Shah for teaching in the Shree Dasharath Secondary School, located at Sadepani, Ghodaghodi Municipality, by submitting fake educational documents.

Bhola Dahal, Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Spokesperson said that a complaint petition was filed in CIAA for the investigation of the educational qualification.

While investigating it, it was found that the certificate from the Secondary Education Council, Uttar Pradesh, (UP), Board of High School and Intermediate Education, UP, Rajkiya Hussainabad Inter College, India, was fake. 

Shah was found guilty as per “The Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 (2002 A.D.), Clause 16, sub-clause 1, and the charge sheet has been filed against him as per the offence in the Special Court on Friday at 1 PM.
