Two go missing in Narayani River

Bharatpur, Sept 28: Two persons have gone missing in the Narayani River at Devghat while taking a bath at around 7:00 AM today.     

They are Bhojraj Adhikari, 19, of Assam in India, currently studying Sanskrit at Dhangadhi-based Laxmi Narayan Temple, and Pankaj Dahal, 17, of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-3, said police.     

Both of them had arrived in Devghat on a trip jointly organised by the Dhangadhi sub-metropolis and the Laxmi Narayan Temple. Police personnel from Temporary Police Post, Devghat and the ward police office, Narayangadh have been deputed to carry out a search for the missing ones, said a Spokesperson at the Chitwan Police, Bijay Raj Pandit.
