Sudurpashchim Province CM Shah wins vote of confidence

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 5: Chief Minister of the Sudurpashchim Province Kamal Bahadur Shah has secured the vote of confidence from the Province Assembly.   

Shah got 41 votes whereas 11 votes were cast against him on Sunday's Provincial Assembly.

As per the constitutional provision, Shah took a vote of confidence on Sunday. According to the constitutional provision CM who is appointed as per the Constitution's Article 168 (2) or (3) should take a vote of confidence within a month.
