Leader Khanal takes stock of Nepal's health condition

Kathmandu, Dec 21: Senior leader of the CPN (Unified Socialist) and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal enquired about health condition of party Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal.

Reaching Maharajgunj-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital on Wednesday, leader Khanal took health updates of Chair Nepal with doctors. 

Chair Nepal was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday after he suffered chest infection and cold and cough. 

Issuing a statement on the behalf of the party on Wednesday, party office secretary and deputy general-secretary Ganga Lal Tuladhar wished for Nepal's speedy recovery. 

A team led by Dr Santa Kumar Das is involved in treatment of leader Nepal, according to Party Secretariat.  (RSS)
