By TRN Online, Lalitpur, Dec. 17: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that local-level's work should be people-oriented, transparent and accountable to the people.
Speaking at the Lalitpur Metropolitan City's 104th anniversary Prime Minister Deuba said that the constitution has granted the rights and responsibilities to develop, construct and prepare the base for the people's service so that work should be done accordingly.
