UML's Sthapit, RPP's Shrestha file candidacy for KMC Mayor (Photo Feature)
Keshav Sthapit has registered his candidacy for the post of Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) on behalf of CPN-UML. He reached the City hall on Monday and registered his candidacy. Sunita Dangol has also registered her candidacy for the post of deputy Mayor.

Bajrayogini festival concludes
The eight-day Bajrayogini Festival concluded on Sunday. Locals returned the idols of Bajrayogini and other goddesses to the Bajrayogini temple that lies at the top of a hill some two kilometers away from the ancient city of Sankhu. The idol of the goddess Bajrayogini Mai was brought to Sankhu in a palanquin accompanied by a procession of people playing traditional music for the festival on Saturday last week.
