Joshi wins Miss Nepal World 2022
Priyanka Rani Joshi from Kathmandu has been crowned Miss Nepal World 2022 amid a grand ceremony held at Godawari, Lalitpur on Saturday. The 24-year-old defeated 23 other contestants to win the coveted title in the beauty pageant. Joshi was crowned the title by Miss Nepal 2020 Namrata Shrestha.
Celebrities say local leaders should work for development
Celebrities of the entertainment industry participated in the local level elections on Friday. Like other voters, they voted for their favourite candidates. While senior actor Madan Das Shrestha is contesting election for the post of mayor in Kathmandu Metropolitan City, other cast their votes for the candidates of their choice with enthusiasm.
