By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan. 30: Cricketer Sompal Kami, 24, has tied the knot with Prativa Ghimire.
Sompal and Ghimire got married in a special ceremony held today in presence of their families and friends.
They had met for the first time six years ago while Sompal was playing a match in Nepalgunj.
Ghimire, who is from Nepalgunj, works at Sanima Bank in Kathmandu.
Representing the national cricket team of Nepal, Sompal has played a total of six One Day International (ODI) and 28 T20 matches.
Sompal is an all-rounder player of Nepal’s national cricket team.
Former captain of the national cricket team, Paras Khadka has congratulated Sompal through social media.
Sompal was born in Gulmi and was brought up in India.
