Kathmandu, Nov. 16: With the aim to provide essential professional skills to the individuals and corporate houses, International School for Skills (ISS) was launched in Nepal on Monday.

The ISS also launched IT Training Programme which will be provided in collaboration with the British Computer Society and will provide IT Level 4 Certificate, Level 5 Diploma, and Level 6 Professional Graduate Diploma in IT training in Nepal for individuals including students from secondary level to professionals working in IT and non-IT sectors.

“Students can train themselves in modules like software development, information system and computer networking in Level 4 courses,” said Jalan.
A new online examination system, E-Jaanch, was also launched on the occasion. This is an AI-based assessment management system which is developed with the latest technology used for worldwide examination platforms.
E-Jaanch can be used for examinations taken for corporates and for educational institutes with more than 500,000 questions already set in the system for the clients/students to use.

“Through KPMG, ISS is bringing trainings in design and innovation, service design, brand strategy, agile practitioner training, data science professionals and lean six sigma green belt,” said Jalan.
