Fighting Stress Without Pills

We live in the modern world and every now and then we face stressful situations at work, at the university, at home. A nervous breakdown can overtake at any time, remember that it is not taken by itself. It accumulates in the body gradually, the reason for this is negative emotions, feelings. At one point, it all spills out.
A nervous breakdown happens due to the lack of holidays, weekends. Conflicts leading to a breakdown can also await human homes. Remember, rest is very important for a person. Typically, stress is associated with a change of residence, problems at work, internal worries, lack of sleep, family problems. At first, a person feels small internal tensions, which can both decrease and increase. Then everything turns into anger. A nervous attack is noted by signs such as a rapid heartbeat, severe sweating, and attacks of aggression.
It happens that there is a nervous exhaustion, strain, which are accompanied by insomnia, muscle fatigue, nervousness, people cannot collect their thoughts. To restore nerve cells, start taking tincture of ordinary motherwort. Cook it at home yourself, for this, take three tablespoons of raw materials and pour a glass of boiling water. Let the broth brew for 30 minutes. Strain the broth and drink chilled for two weeks on a large spoon twice a day.

From stress, mint, hawthorn, valerian root are perfect, you can drink this mixture like tea. Mix medicinal sweet clover, oregano, hawthorn flowers of 50 grams. Then add valerian root and mint to the mixture of 20 grams. Mix everything and pour boiling water, about half a litre. Everything must be infused. Drink broth before eating food. Perfectly copes with stress decoction of tansy, calendula, and oregano. All components are mixed and brewed in a litre mug. You need to drink a decoction for two to three months.
