Light rainfall forecast today

Kathmandu, Oct 6 : Presently the low-pressure area developed over the Bay of Bengal and Jharkhand area of India has its influence in Nepal. So, the country is witnessing cloudy weather and rainfall.    

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather in Koshi Province, Madhes Province, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province has remained partly to generally cloudy while rainfall is taking place at one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces.    

The weather in Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces would remain partly to generally cloudy in the afternoon.    

Light rainfall has been forecast at few places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces while light rainfall along with lightning and thunder is forecast at one or two places of the remaining provinces.    

 According to the Division, there is a possibility of light rainfall with thunder and lightning at few places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces tonight. (RSS)
