Kathmandu, Jan 5 : The Supreme Court Bar Association has recommended the name of senior advocate, Geeta Pathak, a member of the amicus curiae with an objective of making the bench inclusive regarding the hearing on the case of dissolution of the House of Representatives.
A working committee meeting of the Supreme Court Bar held on Monday recommended the name of Pathak for the same, said Vice-Chairperson of Bar, Raju Khadka.
Supreme Court Bar had on Friday recommended the names of the incumbent president of Bar, senior advocate Khagendra Prasad Adhikari, and recently elected president senior advocate, Purna Man Shakya, for the same.
