Kathmandu, June 12: The CPN (UML)’s Bagmati Province Assembly Parliamentary Party has decided that Nepali Congress leader and Province Assembly member Narottam Baidya who made condemnable expression against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has to seek an apology in writing.

A meeting presided over by parliamentary party leader and Bagmati Province Chief Minister Dormani Poudel today decided to remove the 'anarchic and non-political expression' of province assembly member Baidya from the parliamentary record, informed party’s chief whip Deepak Niraula.

The controversial remarks by Baidya had been widely criticized from different quarters. UML Makawanpur and Youth Association, among others, had expressed their ire against the expression.
