Biratnagar, Sept. 20: The State 1 has marked the Constitution Day with celebrations at multiple locations. The provincial government and Biratnagar Metropolitan City jointly organised a programme to celebrate the day on which the Constitution was promulgated four years ago.
Chief Minister (CM) of the Sher Dhan Rai said that the governments at all levels have a good understanding about the implementation of the constitution.
"The Constitution has clearly marked the areas for the governments of all levels. They are working as per the principles of cooperation, co-existence and coordination," he said while addressing a special programme at Martyrs Stadium.
He said that there was no confusion or disputes among the governments.
According to him, a culture of finding the solution to complexities in policy and implementation through cooperation is being developed which is a matter of satisfaction.
Common people have expressed their respect to the fourth Constitution Day 2019. A large number of people involved in rallies organised at various locations before congregating at the stadium.
They assembled at the stadium holding the national flag. Province Governor Prof. Dr. Govinda Bahadur Tungbahang, Chief Minister, ministers and high government officials were present at the ceremony.
