By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jun. 13: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is resuming the COVID-19 vaccination drive for senior citizens aged 60 and 61 from Monday, June 14.
The vaccination for senior citizens aged 60 to 61 was postponed in Kathmandu for a few days. Issuing a press statement on Sunday, the KMC informed that the first dose vaccination of 'Vero Cell', a COVID-19 vaccine, would resume from tomorrow.
The KMC said that the first jab of Vero Cell would be given to the senior citizens on June 14 and 15. It has been said that the vaccination programme would be held in Bir Hospital, Ratnapark, TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, Birendra Sainik Hospital, Chhauni, and Civil Hospital, New Baneshwor from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday.
