Bagmati, Aug 29 : The Hetauda-Kathmandu road has been blocked again due to a landslide. The mudslide has occurred at Thingdanda, Indrasarovar rural municipality-3 in Makawanpur district, following incessant rain. This is the short route connecting Hetauda to Kathmandu.
The landslide debris is being removed from the road. The District police Office, Makawanpur said a big landslide along with mudflow has occurred at the place and problem is being faced in removing the debris due to the rain.
This road section was obstructed on Friday and Saturday as well due to a landslide occurred near Deurali of Bhimphedi rural municipality-6. It had been opened for traffic on Saturday evening but has been obstructed again.
