By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 24: Infection of the novel coronavirus has been confirmed in former Prime Minister and leader of the Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Dr. Baburam Bhattarai and his spouse Hisila Yami.
Dr. Bhattarai informed of this through his twitter handle saying that report of the PCR test of the swabs collected from them on Friday had come out to be positive on Saturday.
"We both, Hisila and me, have tested positive for COVID-19, report of our swabs' PCR test received on Saturday showed that we tested positive for the virus," Dr. Bhattarai said in the social media.
The former Prime Minister urged all those who came into contact with them in the recent days to take precaution and that they were in home isolation as per the doctors' advice.
