Communication Minister Karki tests negative for COVID-19


Kathmandu, Jan 14: The report of the second PCR test of Minister of Communications and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, who is also the spokesperson of the government, also came negative on Friday. The PCR test conducted on Sunday, December 9, was also negative.

He had stopped meeting since Sunday morning after being under the contract tracing. According to his secretariat, he opened the meeting after receiving a negative PCR test report for the second time as per the doctor's advice. Minister Karki is also participating in the cabinet meeting on Friday. The cabinet meeting is underway now.

Although Minister Karki's report was negative on Sunday, he was in isolation after his driver's PCR report was positive.
