Banke, May 15: Five more Covid-19 infected people have died in Banke district in the past 24 hours.
With this, the death toll from the infection in the district has hit 404 (229 deaths from the district and 175 from outside), according to the district Covid-19 disaster management center.
The newly infected people died at various hospitals in the district (three at Bheri Hospital and two at Teaching Hospital, Kohalpur). The dead are between 39-61 age group including a five-month pregnant woman, said the resource person at the disaster management centre, Tej Oli.
