Dharan, Oct 12 : A 70-year-old man has died from COVID-19 in Dharan today. The man of Dharan Sub Metropolitan City-15 had stayed in home-isolation, said Umesh Mehata, chief of the sub metropolis health division.
He was tested positive for the infection at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan. He was scheduled to go to the United Kingdom to take part in the funeral of his son. Nepali Army would manage the body of the man, said Mehata. Dharan recorded 82 infection cases today.
