Voting to decide the permanent capital of State 3 has begun in the State Assembly.
The decision regarding name and capital of the State, which was due since two years will be decided on the basis of votes of State legislators today.
The voting is being done on the basis of proposal lodged in the Assembly on Saturday.
The legislators will be voting for permanent capital in the first phase and for State's name in the second.
