Kathmandu, July 30: The Tokha municipality has received health supplies required for the management of COVID-19 from China's Nangsu municipality.

The medical supplies include 13 types of materials including oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, thermometers, hand sanitiser and antigen testing kits. The assistance was handed to municipality mayor Prakash Adhikari by the Chinese representatives amidst a programme at Kerung recently.

China's local government, last year too, provided health supplies worth Rs around 20 million to the Tokha municipality. The two local governments have sisterhood relationships.
