Bhairahawa, Dec. 6 A son brutally killed both parents attacking them with a sharp weapon in Rupandehi district on Friday morning.
Youngest son Gorakh Yadav took the lives of 72-year old father Ram Narayan and 70-year old mother Thagana Yadav at Balapur in Omsatiya Rural Municipality Ward Number-4 of the district.
Gorakh killed his father and mother at his own home, according to the District Police Office, Rupandehi.
Father Ram Narayan died on the spot while his mother breathed her last while undergoing treatment at Universal Medical College, Bhairahawa.
Police suspected that the assailant’s mental health was not in proper condition. Police have begun investigation by arresting him.
