Kathmandu, Nov 10: Simana Bachau Aviyan (campaign for protecting border) staged a protest at Maitighar in the capital on Sunday against India's act of publishing a political map placing Nepali territory inside India.
The campaign members on the occasion urged the government to adopt diplomatic channel to return back the encroached land, said campaigner Dhanraj Bastabik.
The recently updated Indian political map has depicted Nepali territories inside India.
The Indian move has stirred demonstrations and protests in different parts of Nepal of late. Student wings associated to different political parties and general public are taking to the streets against the Indian hegemonic move.
