By Abinash Chaudhary, Dhangadhi, March 6: A huge fire has broken out in the Alok Multi Concern furniture industry at Chatakpur, Dhangadhi, Kailali today during mid-afternoon.
The Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis, Godawari Municipality's fire brigade, Nepal Police and Nepali Army as well as locals are trying to defuse the fire but to no avail as there is no sign of fire to be subdued even after two hours.
The furniture industry was started at the cost of Rs 30 million. However, there is no official statement on this. The industry has turned into ashes even before the opening.
The reason for fire brokerage is yet to be ascertained.
