By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 17: Jana Samajwadi Manch, Nepal (people's socialist forum) has made its political concept adopted by its central committee today.

At a press meet held to make public the political concept paper, Krishna Prasad Dhamala (Ghambir), coordinator of the Manch, viewed that complete political revolution has been achieved yet as the leadership of the communist movement in the past limited the movement to bargaining and power-sharing.

He pointed at the need for all communist forces to come together and claimed that the Manch would take the responsibility toward that end.

The Manch was established on April 14 by those who deserted Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplov' led Nepal Communist Party.

In the concept paper, the Manch has demanded to retrieve Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura, the west-northern territory of Nepal claimed by India, through diplomatic dialogue at the earlies.

Included in the concept paper are 23 points of demands that cover issues nullification of unequal treaties such as the 1950 Treaty, rejection of MCC, fair probe into Jay Singh Dhami incident and action against the culprits and compensation to the victim family.

A leader of the Manch, Dhan Bahadur Maharjan, said that the Manch has formed a 51-member central committee, which also includes Biplov led NCP deserters- one politburo member and nine central committee members.
