Hetauda, Jan 31 : Chief Minister of Bagmati State Dormani Poudel today said a drastic change would take place in the country in the next five years. He pledged the state government's support and priority to the development of educational and other sectors and skill enhancing technical education.

The state government has put forward a concept of at least a technical education institution at each local level, he said while inaugurating the newly constructed building for Buddha Secondary School at Hetauda-12 built by the National Reconstruction Authority.
