By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept. 15: The Cabinet meeting held Monday decided to appoint Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali as the spokesperson of the government while Dr. Yubaraj Khatiwada, erstwhile Finance Minister, has been appointed as the special economic advisor to the Prime Minister, said newly appointed government spokesperson Gyawali at a press briefing today.
Dr. Khatiwada would be provided perks and pays equal to that of a Cabinet minister, according to Gyawali.
The meeting of the Council of Ministers also decided to allow operation of domestic flight and long-route public bus services from September 17.
