By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 15: The meeting of Chief District Officers of Kathmandu Valley is being held today.
Bhaktapur CDO Prem Prasad Bhattarai informed The Rising Nepal that the meeting is being held at 1:00 pm in the afternoon.
"Decision as to extension or relaxation of the ongoing prohibitory order will be made in today's meeting," he said.
Meanwhile, Lalitpur CDO Dhundi Prasad Niraula informed that preparations were being made to permit the resumption of long-route transportation service with an odd-even traffic rule.
Similarly, the current status of the COVID-19 pandemic in Nepal will also be reviewed in the meeting.
The ongoing prohibitory order, which began on April 29, is ending from today midnight.
