By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Apr. 18: Prasiddhi Shrestha, the second COVID-19 patient of Nepal, has been discharged from Shukraraaj Tropical & Infectious Disease Hospital, Teku, after receiving 27 days of treatment.
"We decided to discharge her after she tested negative for the virus for four times in a row, through PCR technique," said Dr. Anup Bastola, spokesperson of the hospital.
The hospital had bid farewell to her by offering garland.
She had landed in Nepal in March from France via Doha in the Qatar Airways.
