Rally carrying 10,000 national flags to mark Constitution Day

Biratnagar, Sept. 18: The State 1 Government has decided to keep stone inscriptions of the Constitution on the premises of the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers and the building of the State Assembly on the occasion of the Constitution Day on Thursday.
According to Internal Affairs and Law Minister of State 1 Hikmat Karki, the State Government would keep the inscription of the Constitution in two places to mark the Constitution Day in a grand manner.
Speaking at a press meet organised on Wednesday to inform about the preparations made to mark the Constitution Day, Minister Karki said that national flags would be fluttered in all district headquarters and important places.
“We will mark the Constitution Day for three days in all 137 local levels of the State by showing respect to the Constitution and the national flag,” Minister Karki said.
He said that a rally carrying 10,000 national flags would be carried out in Biratnagar on Thursday.
