Kathmandu Dec. 27: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli underwent dialysis at the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center (MCVTC), under Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) on Friday.
PM Oli was taken to the hospital for his regular health check-up and medical tests.
Executive Director of the TUTH Dr. Prem Khadka informed that PM Oli underwent a regular dialysis.
“He underwent dialysis at the Liver Intensive Care Unit on Friday and he is already discharged from the hospital,” said Dr. Khadka.
In his tweet, Prime Minister’s Press Advisor Surya Thapa informed that PM Oli underwent a regular dialysis and had already returned to his residence.
PM Oli underwent a successful kidney transplant in Indian in 2007 after both of his kidneys failed.
